The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 July 2024.


The application proposes Serviced Apartments (138 units) and Restaurant/Cafe (6 tenancies) at Lot 9000 (182) Wanneroo Road, Madeley.


Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • Removal of 97 on site parking bays and reinstatement of 44 parking bays;
  • Eight storey mixed use commercial development;
  • Six ground floor restaurant/cafe tenancies varying between 140m2 and 143m2 in area with associated outdoor alfresco dining area;
  • 138 serviced apartments across seven floors;
  • Amenities including lobby and reception area, gymnasium, meeting rooms and laundry areas;
  • Enclosure of existing shopping centre waste collection area; and
  • Landscaping and associated signage.
