The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 June 2024.

The application proposes a Child Care Premises at 150 St Andrews Drive, Yanchep.   Details of the proposal are as follows:

• The single storey Child Care Premises is to be developed on the southern portion of the development site;
• A maximum of 92 children to be accommodated on site at any one time;
• A maximum of 15 staff members to be accommodated on site at any one time;
• Operating hours - Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 7.00pm;
• A total of 23 car bays are located on the property including 5 staff bays and 17 visitor bays (one of which is an ACROD bay);
• Two additional parking bays are proposed in the St Andrews Drive verge; and
• Associated site works, landscaping and signage
