Mindful art workshops

A five-week series of mindful art for women.
Join life coach Cat Cronin for this five-week small group workshop series all about mindfulness and self-care!
Series runs: April 29, May 6, 13, 20, and 27.
Connect with other like-minded women and learn techniques to improve self-esteem, discover self-care through art, manage life's challenges and reduce stress and anxiety.
Registrations are essential via Eventbrite.
The Antipodean Manifesto exhibition

The Antipodean Manifesto exhibition is currently on display at the Wanneroo Regional Gallery, and features a selection of paintings, drawings, prints and ceramics by the seven artists and one historian who formed the Antipodean group in Melbourne in 1969.
Drawn from The State Art Collection, it explores the social and political context of late 1950s Australia.
