Small beetle, big problem!
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is hosting a free information session about the polyphagous shot-hole borer (PSHB).
The PSHB is a small, highly invasive beetle that tunnels into the trunks, stems and branches of trees and plants, causing dieback and tree death. This beetle attacks a wide range of plant species, with over 500 documented globally to have been affected.
Attend this information session to learn about the PSHB and the threat it poses to our urban canopy, and find out how you can help stop the spread of this invasive pest.
The session is free to attend, but registrations are required.
Please email ConservationMaint@wanneroo.wa.gov.au to register.
