Join Paul, a master percussionist, teacher & drum maker from Ghana, as Clarkson Library comes alive to the sound of West African drumming.
In Africa, drums are used in all important aspects of daily and spiritual life. They are considered tools of communication and are believed to have healing powers. This adult drum workshop will prove to be a riveting cultural experience for learning drumming techniques, history and rhythms.
