Proposed Change of Use to Motor Vehicle Wash (Vehicle Detailing) & Unlisted Use (Window Tinting) at 39 Furniss Road, Darch (DA2024/436)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 July 2024.

The application proposes a Change of Use to a Motor Vehicle Wash (car detailing) and an Unlisted Use (vehicle window tinting) which involves the following:

• A maximum of four vehicles being detailed or having windows tinted at any given time;
• Operating hours between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday;
• The use of machinery such as pressure washers, vacuums and polishers; and
• The remainder of the existing warehouse (approximately 400m2) to be utilised for the storing of machinery.
