The new centre is located next to a primary school and local shopping centre.

It contains:

• A large sized function room: 170m² 
• A medium sized activity room: 65m²
• A medium sized meeting room: 23m²
• Four office, ranging from 12m² to 18m²
• End-of-trip (EOT) facilities. Should you wish to ride your bike there, you can shower and change

Before booking

Before completing a booking form please enquire about the availability of a community centre, clubroom or park/sports ground by contacting the City's Facility Booking team on (08) 9405 5000.

• Casual Building Hire form - for up to 12 bookings per financial year
• Annual Building Hire form - for more than 12 bookings per financial
• Membership Confirmation & Subsidised Use request form - for not for profit and incorporated groups/clubs/organisations only
• Conditions of Hire for Council facilities

An official formal opening ceremony is proposed for March 2017.
