Expansion of the Wanneroo Central Shopping Centre

A development application has been approved for the expansion of the Wanneroo Central Shopping Centre. The expansion includes the following modifications to the existing shopping centre: 

• An additional 2,045m2 of floorspace;
• 12 new tenancies; and 
• Reconfiguration of the existing car parking area.

Construction has commenced and will be undertaken in a number of stages with various portions of the existing car parking area being closed off for each stage. The expansion is expected to be completed by June 2018.
