Revamp for Two Rocks Marina

Two Rocks Marina is set to receive a $6 million revamp to improve ageing infrastructure and prepare the facility for future needs of the City of Wanneroo community.
Mayor Tracey Roberts said the City of Wanneroo was working closely with the Department of Transport to progress planning approval for the works.
“The City of Wanneroo is delighted that the Two Rocks Marina will be refreshed and regenerated to ensure it is better placed to meet the needs of our community long into the future,” Mayor Roberts said.
More information about the upgrade will be available at a community meeting on Wednesday 11 October between 5pm and 7.30pm at the Phil Renkin Recreation Centre, 59 Lisford Avenue, Two Rocks.
A reference group will also be established to look at the long-term vision for the facility, which will include consideration of seagrass wrack accumulation and beach erosion around the marina.
If you would like to express your interest in being selected for the reference group, which will commence in late 2017, please email: tworocksmarina@transport.wa.gov.au.
