City’s expo a huge hit with people and pooches

Thousands of locals flocked to the City of Wanneroo’s annual Living & Leisure Expo ft. Dogs Breakfast to enjoy the home, pet and lifestyle extravaganza.
The family-friendly event at Kingsway Sporting Complex on Sunday 23 October attracted gardeners, dog lovers, renovators, cooks and other lifestyle gurus who enjoyed a free, fun day out in the sunshine.
My Kitchen Rules stars Anna and Jordan cooked up a storm over several live cooking demonstrations.
“We had an absolute ball at the Living & Leisure Expo featuring Dogs Breakfast,” Jordan Bruno said.
“It was such an honour being part of this annual event meeting fans and sharing our love and passion for home-style food.
“I am obsessed with dogs so it was magical being surrounded by so many furry faces having the time of their lives.”
Mayor Tracey Roberts said she was delighted to see the community enjoy so many great tips, products and giveaways.
“It was wonderful to see so many families and their pooches enjoying quality time together exploring, getting inspired and being entertained,” Mayor Roberts said.
Children were kept busy with free activities including a Scooby Doo bouncy castle, face painting, sprout planting workshop and a nature play craft activity.
The event featured more than 90 quality exhibits showcasing local products and services for the home, leisure and adventure.
