New Year - new health, new look - same low cost

The City of Wanneroo’s low cost fitness classes in Two Rocks and Girrawheen will relaunch in 2016 with a fresh face and new name to kick-start the year.

Low cost fitness
Classes get underway on 18 January and offer an accessible and affordable way to improve the community’s health.  

Move for Fitness 
This circuit based exercise program is designed for any fitness level and for those who like a challenge. The one hour class mixes both resistance training and cardio. 
Age 18+ $4 per session, crèche $3 per child per session
 
Girrawheen
Monday and Wednesday 10.30am to 11.30am
Hainsworth Centre
29 Hainsworth Ave, Girrawheen
 
Two Rocks
Tuesday and Friday 9.30am to 10.30am
Phil Renkin Centre
59 Lisford Ave, Two Rocks
 
Move for Life
This low impact exercise class is specifically designed for over sixties and combines weight and gentle cardio to keep you fit, strong and healthy.
Age 60+ $4 per session
 
Girrawheen
Monday and Wednesday 9am to 10am
Hainsworth Centre

Two Rocks
Tuesday and Friday 11am to 12noon
