Variation to Prohibited Burning Period - Extended 1 April - 14 April 2025
Due to seasonal conditions, the City of Wanneroo has extended its Prohibited Burning Period until 14 April 2025 inclusive. No Permits to burn will be issued prior to this date.
Mitchell Freeway Extension Update - Night Works

Night works to establish the project site along Hester Avenue will continue to be undertaken intermittently between 7pm to 5am, Monday to Friday until December 18, 2015.
Works taking place along Hester Avenue between Ridgewood Boulevard and Wanneroo Road will have minor impacts on traffic travelling in both directions on Connolly Drive and Wanneroo Road.
Works to be carried out will include:
- removal of street lighting
- laying asphalt and linemarking; and
- installation of temporary teel barriers along verges
