Variation to Prohibited Burning Period - Extended 1 April - 14 April 2025
Due to seasonal conditions, the City of Wanneroo has extended its Prohibited Burning Period until 14 April 2025 inclusive. No Permits to burn will be issued prior to this date.
Momentum builds as construction tender awarded for AARC

The Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre (AARC) project has taken another exciting step forward.
Wanneroo Council approved the construction tender for the Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre (AARC) project at its December meeting, appointing PS Structures Pty Ltd.
Work on site is scheduled to get underway in January 2025 and is expected to be completed in Iate 2026.
