Variation to Prohibited Burning Period - Extended 1 April - 14 April 2025

Due to seasonal conditions, the City of Wanneroo has extended its Prohibited Burning Period until 14 April 2025 inclusive. No Permits to burn will be issued prior to this date.

Easter long weekend

A number of City facilities will be closed or operating with reduced opening hours over the Easter long weekend.

City of Wanneroo Civic Centre

This includes:

  • the Civic Centre
  • all City libraries, museums and youth centres
  • Wanneroo Regional Gallery
  • Buckingham House and Cockman House
  • Kingsway Indoor Stadium and Wanneroo Aquamotion.

Waste collection for Friday 29 March will take place on Saturday 30 March. There will be no change to Monday's waste collection.
