Santa Claus is coming to the City

From community concerts to family-friendly fiestas, there’s a flurry of festivities coming to the City this December.

Christmas carols will ring out across the Wanneroo Town Centre on Saturday 2 December as Santa makes his way to the Christmas Fiesta. This free community event will feature a Christmas parade, market stalls, live music, plus a family photo opportunity with Santa himself.

The City is also sponsoring nine free community-led events this festive season through the Community Funding Program.

From Girrawheen to Yanchep, the community have worked together to organise a range community carols, festive lunches and holiday fetes to help spread joy to their neighbours.

This includes the Wanneroo Christmas Day Lunch, a volunteer-run event that provides an opportunity for those who are in need of company or doing it tough to celebrate Christmas.
