City services reopen for Yanchep and Two Rocks residents

Published Monday, 27th March 2023

Residents of Yanchep and Two Rocks can once again access important services close to home, as the City of Wanneroo's satellite office reopens at the Yanchep Community Centre.

YTRAC at Yanchep Community Centre

The Yanchep Two Rocks Access Centre (YTRAC) is part of the City’s place-based approach to meeting local community needs and was previously located at the YHub.

YTRAC staff can assist with online applications and payments such as animal registrations, rates, infringements and facility bookings.

Mayor Linda Aitken said the City was committed to catering for its growing population in the north.

“I am delighted to see the YTRAC reopening in a space that is accessible and convenient for local residents,” Mayor Aitken said.

“The City’s place-based approach recognises the importance of providing helpful services to our community in a face-to-face setting, and we expect to expand the available services in future.”

Situated at 7 Lagoon Drive, Yanchep, YTRAC is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8.30am to 4pm. Staff may also accommodate scheduled appointments outside of these hours.

For more information about the YTRAC, phone 9405 5000 or email yanchephub@wanneroo.wa.gov.au.
