Variation to Prohibited Burning Period - Extended 1 April - 14 April 2025

Due to seasonal conditions, the City of Wanneroo has extended its Prohibited Burning Period until 14 April 2025 inclusive. No Permits to burn will be issued prior to this date.

Public comment invited on future Butler Open Space

The City of Wanneroo is seeking public comment on the future Butler North District Open Space. Take the survey here.

Butler open space

Located on the corner of Santorini Promenade and Hollington Drive in Butler the proposed 11ha active open space will include floodlit playing fields, hard courts, sports amenities building and other passive park infrastructure. Being shared use with the Department of Education the site also includes John Butler Primary College and a future High School.

Information on the project and an online survey is available here and will be open until Friday 7 August 2015.
