Variation to Prohibited Burning Period - Extended 1 April - 14 April 2025

Due to seasonal conditions, the City of Wanneroo has extended its Prohibited Burning Period until 14 April 2025 inclusive. No Permits to burn will be issued prior to this date.

Revocation and Amendment to Various Local Planning Policies

At the 13 September 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting, Council resolved to revoke and amend various Local Planning Policies.

City of Wanneroo Civic Centre Outside at Night

Council resolved to revoke Local Planning Policy 2.1: Residential Development, Local Planning Policy 2.2: Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Park Home Parks and Local Planning Policy 3.6: Employment Policy. 

Council also resolved to amend Local Planning Policy 3.3: Fauna Management and Local Planning Policy 4.17: State Administrative Tribunal.
