Join one of our winter planting events

Join your City of Wanneroo neighbours in planting for a greener future this winter, in one of five events stretching from Yanchep to Madeley.
Our annual winter community planting events kick-off in June, and local residents are invited to come along and help rejuvenate bushland, foreshores and dunes across the City.
All ages welcome. Free, participants must register beforehand (see below for more information).

Mindarie Foreshore, Quinns Rocks
Sunday 13 June // 9am – 11am
Held in conjunction with Friends of Quinns Rocks Environment Group
Meet on the grassed area in front of the Mindarie Quinns Surf Life Saving Club, 1 Quinns Road, Quinns Rocks
Yanchep Foreshore, Yanchep
Friday 18 June // 9.30am – 11.30am
Meet in front of Yanchep Surf Life Saving Club, Brazier Road, Yanchep
Held in conjunction with Yanchep Coastcare
Marangaroo Conservation Reserve, Marangaroo
Sunday 11 July // 9am - 11am
Held in conjunction with the Friends of Marangaroo Conservation Reserve
Meet at the reserve on Decourcey Way, Marangaroo, at the main gate near the plinth.
Rufus Park, Madeley
Wednesday 14 July // 9.30am-11am
Held in conjunction with the Friends of Rufus Park
Meet at the reserve on Zeus Avenue opposite Martindale Avenue, Madeley
Voyager Park, Pearsall
Friday 16 July // 9.30am-11am
Held in conjunction with the Friends of Voyager Park
Meet at the reserve on Scamills Way, Pearsall
For all events, please bring a water bottle and wear sturdy enclosed shoes. Morning tea will be provided.
