Spring fever: Embark on a free guided talk or walk

Explore the abundant natural beauty in our backyard on a free guided walk or bush-care day hosted by the City of Wanneroo’s Conservation team this spring.

Spring Activities 2017

Learn about local flora and fauna from an experienced guide, and share in some morning tea afterwards with the rest of your tour. Be sure to dress for the occasion; wear sturdy enclosed shoes, a hat, sunscreen and bring a water bottle.

Guided walks

Marangaroo Conservation Reserve
Sunday 13 September // 9am-11am
Held in conjunction with the Friends of Marangaroo Conservation Reserve
Meet at the reserve on Decourcey Way, Marangaroo, at the main entrance near the limestone plinth sign.

Koondoola Bushland
Thursday 17 September // 9.30am-11.30am
Held in conjunction with Friends of Koondoola Bushland
Meet at the Koondoola Community Centre carpark, 90 Koondoola Avenue, Koondoola.

Discovery Park
Wednesday 23 September // 9.30am–11.30am
Meet at the reserve on Botanic Avenue, opposite Saxicola Road, Banksia Grove.
Wheelchair accessible.

Yanchep Foreshore
