17th annual City of Wanneroo Business Awards

Awards were presented across 13 categories, including competitive awards such as Innovator of the Year and Customer Service.
The 17th annual City of Wanneroo Business Awards were held on Friday 15 November in Merriwa. Ross Wallman from Nova 93.7 emceed the evening while Dennis Simmons received guests with a stirring Welcome to Country.
Awards were presented across 13 categories, including competitive awards such as Innovator of the Year and Customer Service.
PUMPNSEAL, based in Wangara, was crowned 2019 Business of the Year and Best Business: 15 and Over Employees.
Meanwhile, City of Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts presented Jennie Pell from amusement equipment and hire firm Show West with the 2019 Mayor’s Visionary Business Person accolade.

“Like many of our business awards – deciding who receives the Mayor’s Visionary Award has been a difficult task,” Mayor Roberts said. “Given the breadth of talent within the City, it is never an easy job.”
Dennis Simmons opened the evening with a Welcome to Country.
