Planning kids’ birthday parties has never been easier. Kids can have fun playing sports on our courts and then continue the party in our function room.
Birthday party packages
Package 1 - $200
- Up to 15 children
- One party host
- 1 hour court/area hire to play a sport or activity of your choice
- 45 minutes in function room
Package 2 - $300
- Up to 25 children
- Two party hosts
- 1 hour court/area hire to play a sport or activity of your choice
- 45 minutes in function room
If you would only like to hire a court, please use our casual court hire booking form instead.

Function room use and facilities
What’s included:
- 45 minute function room booking
- Access to a fridge and food warmer (no cooking space)
- Chairs and tables to cater for up to 25 children
- A dedicated party host
- Outdoor barbeque facilities may be used, subject to availability (barbeque facilities can be reserved for party bookings, please notify us when making your booking).
Additional party information
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to decorate your room and meet your party host
- Food, drink and party decorations are to be provided by the booking group, as required
- Please bring utensils, plates, cutlery, candles, etc. as required
- Alcohol is prohibited.

- Bookings require 4 weeks notice and are subject to availability
- Kingsway Stadium will call to confirm details and take payment
- Full payment is required 14 days prior to your booking
- Sport/activity can be customised to suit your party needs
- If you have individual requirements, please give us a call to see how we can accommodate your needs
