To ensure the City’s assets are well maintained and fit for purpose, we will be upgrading roads, drainage, lighting, parking and paths within the existing Neerabup Industrial Estate along Mather Drive, Warman Street, Avery Street and Turnbull Road.
Construction of the streetlights by Western Power was completed in May 2023 .
Construction tender has been completed for drainage, earthworks, asphalt and associated concrete works.
Construction commenced in May 2024 and is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.
Temporary Road Closure - Mather Drive between Flynn Drive and Avery Street
Road closure is scheduled for 5 – 30 July 2024 and is required to facilitate the safe and efficient completion of drainage works association with this project.
Only properties along Mather Drive will have continued access during this road closure.
