Casual booking form
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This form is for:
- Any recurring/regular booking (up to a maximum of 10 weeks – see bulk booking cycles below)
- Any casual booking where the cost of the booking in any one day totals more than $200
- Court bookings only (excludes room hire or other)
- Bulk booking fees are set in accordance with the City’s Schedule of Fees and Charges and are payable in full no later than 7 days prior to commencement of the first booking.

Opening hours
- Monday to Thursday - 8:30 to 22:00
- Friday - 8:30 to 21:00
- Saturday and Sunday - Casual bookings only accepted on the weekends. Bulk bookings not permitted.
Insurance information
If you are hiring this facility for more than 12 times during a 12 month period you will not be covered under the City of Wanneroo's Casual Hirer's Insurance Policy. You will be responsible for arranging your own public liability insurance cover.
