Aquamotion Membership - upgrade or downgrade form

Terms and Conditions

For paid upfront memberships, a member must pay the total difference between the original membership and the future full priced membership. Downgrades are not available for paid upfront memberships.
For ongoing direct debit memberships, the new membership will begin once the next direct debit payment at the new price has been made.
