The City of Wanneroo has adopted a Corporate Governance Framework which provides governance guidance not only to the Elected Members but also to all City employees. The Framework is a vital component in the system of corporate and organisational governance for the City.

This Framework provides a mechanism for the City to practice good governance and ensures that the City is able to manage its many complex legislative and governance responsibilities effectively and in the best interests of the Community.
