An Application for a Outdoor Dining Application should be completed and the following information to be provided.

Any changes to current outdoor dining area will require a new licence application.

Application for New Licence – please attach:

  1. For New applications only:  A plan should be submitted indicating the precise location as per Clause 8.1 of the City of Wanneroo Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2015.
