Road Projects - Darch/Madeley - Hepburn Avenue roundabout landscaping

Project description

This project has been funded under the Australian Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program.

This program supports local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies to help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The City will proceed with the landscaping upgrades to three different roundabouts along Hepburn Avenue. 

This project will address safety concerns along Hepburn Avenue, such as line of sight issues and dust suppression.  

The locations of the roundabouts are as follows: 

  • Mirrabooka Av/ Hepburn Av Roundabout
  • Hartman Dr/ Hepburn Av Roundabout
  • Spectator Dr/ Hepburn Av Roundabout.

The works will consist of weed treatment, mulching and installation of forestry tube stock.

June 2022
