Community Facility Projects - Clarkson - Clarkson Youth Centre building upgrade

Project description	Upgrades to the existing Clarkson Youth Centre building are needed to meet the requirements of community user groups. Works will comprise of internal upgrades with minor external facade provision works. The Clarkson Youth Centre building upgrade project was jointly funded by: The Australian Government’s Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program – Phase 3 for the amount of $1,000,000. The LRCI Program supports local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies to help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic. Lotterywest for the amount of $500,000 and; The City of Wanneroo.
