The City of Wanneroo is seeking applicants for Sports Umpire positions at Kingsway Indoor Stadium for Futsal.  We aim to deliver Social Sport Competitions that offer a fun and safe environment for people to play sport; and we’re looking for experienced umpires to help us make that happen!

Sports Umpire Position Description

As a collaborative member of the Kingsway team, the position is responsible for officiating the social competitions held Tuesday-Thursday evening at the stadium. It is expected that interested individuals possess the following skills & experience:

• Sound knowledge of rules for the relevant sport
• Experience in umpiring adult sports
• Sound communication skills
• An enthusiastic attitude
• Confidence in their decision making in high pressure situations
• Formal umpire / referee qualification (if no formal qualification then experience in an umpiring role is required)
