About the position

Kingsway Indoor Stadium is seeking a fun & enthusiastic programs officer who will be responsible for overseeing the stadium’s program portfolio. This is your opportunity to showcase your program development & leadership skills in a fun, fast paced environment!

A great opportunity exists to coordinate one of WA’s most exciting programs portfolio based at Kingsway Indoor Stadium. This includes both term programs and holiday programs to ensure our kids explore all the benefits of sports and recreation all year long.

  • Bring the energy to Kingsway Indoor Stadium by coordinating an awesome range of programs, from exciting junior term activities to school holiday fun and the City of Wanneroo GOLD program!
  • Lead a dynamic team of enthusiastic casual staff to deliver high quality sport and leisure programs that will inspire and engage the local community.
  • Be the face of Kingsway Indoor Stadium by providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
  • Dive into the action with a strong understanding of facility operations to help keep the stadium running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Get involved with the numbers by assisting in the preparation and management of operational budgets, ensuring our programs stay both exciting and sustainable.

About you

To be successful in this role, the following requirements will also need to be met:

  1. Qualification in relevant discipline such as business, management or Sports & Recreation is desirable.
  2. Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
  3. First Aid Certificate,
  4. Working with Children Check.
