About the position |
A fantastic opportunity is here to come and lead our National Award Winning team! The Coordinator Customer Relations Centre is accountable for leading and managing the Customer Relations Centre and influencing service excellence across the organisation. The role communicates with a range of customers and stakeholders including consultants and contractors, government departments and agencies, other local governments, vendors and suppliers; members of the public and City Leaders and employees. As a collaborative member of the Customer & Information Services Leadership team, this position balances people management and technical elements including strategic and operational delivery. |
