About the position

Have you just completed your swim teacher course and need to undertake your practical hours? Ready to dive into a rewarding career while being paid to train? Join our team as a trainee Swim School Instructor and earn while you learn! We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to train as instructors, building up their skills with hands-on experience in a supportive environment, and continuing with ongoing shifts once fully qualified.

Swim School Instructor Position Description

About you

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for Swimming: You love the water and want to help others learn.
  • Commitment: A willingness to work at least 3 afternoons per week.
  • Reliable & Professional: Ability to engage positively with clients of all ages and skill levels.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a swimming instructor course from a nationally recognised RTO (Austswim, Royal Life, Swim Australia)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Working With Children Check
  • Willingness to commit to continued learning and professional development.
