* The formal close of advertising remains 17 November 2021, however submissions received until the 24 December 2021 will be included in the City's Responsible Authority Report to the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel for their consideration.

Proposed Supermarket, Specialty Retail, Liquor Shop, Office and Café at 10 Enterprise Avenue, Two Rocks (DA2021/1797)

The application proposes the following:

  • a Supermarket (2,942m2),
  • a Liquor Store (200m2),
  • a Café (85m2) and,
  • Three specialty retail tenancies, including associated access and parking.

The proposal also includes an additional Shop/Office (595m2) tenancy to be located at the corner of Lisford Avenue and Azzurra Street.
