The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 May 2021.
The
application proposes a Woolworths Supermarket
(2666m2), Liquor Store (599m2), café (96m2)
and seven specialty retail tenancies, including associated access and parking.
The proposal also includes a 151m2 area for online dispatch and
seven dedicated ‘click and collect’ parking bays.
