Proposed Child Care Centre at 145 Leatherback Boulevard, Alkimos (DA2020/882)

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 September 2020

The application proposes:

  • One 862m2 single storey Child Care Centre building;
  • Five indoor play rooms, two outdoor play spaces, and associated staff, amenity and reception rooms;
  • Capacity of 92 children and 19 staff members;
  • 31 on-site parking bays, accessible from Leatherback Boulevard; and,
  • Hours of operation from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
