The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 June 2020.
The application proposes a single house and retaining wall at 1 Woodford Court, Koondoola. The retaining wall proposes a maximum of 0.7 metres in height along the common boundary. The single house also proposes two boundary walls on the common boundary, which measure 5.3 and 8.9 metres in length respectively, and a maximum of 3.5 metres in height (inclusive of the retaining wall height). The boundary walls have no windows.
