Proposed Single House Additions (3 Patios, Gazebo, Workshop, Front Fence and Retaining Walls) at 4 Dennis Street, Quinns Rocks (DA2024/594)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 July 2024.


Details of the application are as follows:


Three patios are proposed adjacent to the side and rear boundaries:

  • Patio 1 incorporates a post height of 2.4 metres and a 0.35 metre setback to the western side boundary;
  • Patio 2 incorporates a post height of 2.4 metres and a 0.2 metre setback to the southern rear boundary; and
  • Patio 3 incorporates a post height of 2 metres and a 0.24 metre setback to the eastern side boundary.

A workshop is proposed on the south-western corner of the property with a wall height of 2.4 metres and a nil setback.


A gazebo is proposed adjacent to the western side boundary with a wall height of 2.1 metres and a 0.35 metre setback; and


A front fence and retaining walls are proposed at the front of the property abutting the primary street boundary and the western and eastern side boundaries.
