Proposed Ancillary Accommodation at 14 Starcap Place, Quinns Rocks (DA2024/441)
The application proposes an ancillary accommodation with 72m2 of internal floor area with garage and store at the west corner of the site. The ancillary accommodation has a 9.8m long and 3.7m high boundary wall along the northern west lot boundary (your shared boundary). The application proposes a retaining wall along this lot boundary to retain a height of maximum 0.5m soil.
The ancillary accommodation is 17m long with 1.5m setback to Southern west boundary. The maximum wall height and roof height along this boundary is 2.4m and 4.7m respectively.
