Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection 
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 211

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has initiated the above-mentioned local planning scheme amendment to insert zoning, local scheme reservations and residential density controls into District Planning Scheme No. 2 over a portion of the Landsdale locality. Much of these controls will be taken from the City of Wanneroo’s East Wanneroo Cell 5 (Landsdale) Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 7 (ASP 7). 

Following the approval of Amendment No. 211, the City is expecting that the Western Australian Planning Commission will amend ASP 7.
