The application proposes a change of use to Holiday House. Details of the application are as follows:

• A maximum of 6 guests are proposed at any one time;
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property;
• A total of 2 car bays will be contained on site with tandem bays available along the driveway;
• Check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out time is at 9am;
• Guests must stay for a minimum of seven (3) nights and a maximum of 3 months; and
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed.
