Proposed Change of Use to Restaurant at 1397 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo DA2024/464)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 29 May 2024.

The application proposes a Change of Use to Restaurant at 1397 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo.  Details of the proposal are as follows:

• The floor area of the existing restaurant is proposed to be increased by approximately 270m2 consisting of an internal area of 197m2 and an external afresco area of 72m2.
• 4 parking bays are proposed to be removed to accommodate the alfresco area mentioned above;
• No changes to the operational hours to the restaurant are proposed; and
• The maximum number of persons to be accommodated with the restaurant at any one time is to be increased from 100 to 180 persons.
