The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 May 2024.
The application proposes an additional garage in the location of existing store room. It also converts the existing patio to an enclosed store room. The existing boundary wall for the additional garage and store room extension is 13.5m long along Northern boundary and 2.7m high.
