The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 18 April 2024.
The application proposes 27 Multiple Dwellings and a Consulting Room at 73 & 75 Maritime Drive, Jindalee which is comprised of the following:
- 16 two storey townhouses;
- A three-storey apartment building comprising of 11 apartments;
- A consulting room;
- A total of 56 car parking bays, noting that 32 of these bays are located within garages for the proposed townhouses; and
- Associated access and landscaping.
