The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 January 2024.

The application proposes a Medical Centre at the abovementioned property which incorporates the following:

• A two storey Medical Centre including a 892m² ground floor area and 815m² first floor area.
• The Medical Centre will provide the following services: 
  • General Practice;
  • Pharmacy;
  • Allied Health Services; and 
  • Nursing and Midwifery Services.

•   Vehicular access via Ikara Lane;
• 70 parking bays on site and associated Landscaping
