A revamped Wanneroo Aquamotion is ready to go, with renovated indoor lap and leisure pools open to the public from Friday 26 April 2019.
The extensive pool and amenity revitalisation is now complete, offering heated indoor lap and leisure pools, outdoor pool, on-site crèche, splash pad for children and a spa and sauna for a post-workout wind down.
To celebrate the reopening, Wanneroo Aquamotion is holding a free Family Fun Day on Sunday 5 May 2019 from 1-5pm, featuring a bouncy castle, face painting, food trucks, a coffee van and free ice-creams for the first 100 visitors.
City of Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts said the fitness and aquatic centre was familyfriendly, affordable and welcoming of all ages and abilities.
“I invite everyone to come and see the revitalised facilities for themselves,” Mayor Roberts said. “Bring your family along, take a look around and try out everything on offer for free.”
