What approvals do I need? - Warehouse/Storage

Description A warehouse/storage is a premises used for storage of goods and many include the carrying out of commercial transactions involving the sale of such goods by wholesale.
Do I need approval?

Planning Approval (also referred to as Development Approval) is always required for a warehouse/storage. Planning approval must be obtained prior to a building permit being issued.

A Building Permit is always required for commercial construction work.
