Variation to Prohibited Burning Period - Extended 1 April - 14 April 2025

Due to seasonal conditions, the City of Wanneroo has extended its Prohibited Burning Period until 14 April 2025 inclusive. No Permits to burn will be issued prior to this date.

Draft Local Planning Policy  2.6 : Ancillary Accommodation

Public comment is invited on the draft revised Local Planning Policy 2.6: Ancillary Accommodation (LPP 2.6). The purpose of LPP 2.6 is to provide town planning guidance and design standards for the development of ancillary accommodation (e.g. granny flats).

Should you make a submission on a draft planning policy, please note that your details may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.
