Variation to Prohibited Burning Period - Extended 1 April - 14 April 2025

Due to seasonal conditions, the City of Wanneroo has extended its Prohibited Burning Period until 14 April 2025 inclusive. No Permits to burn will be issued prior to this date.

Draft Local Planning Policy 4.28 : Container Deposit Scheme Infrastructure

Public comment is invited on the draft Local Planning Policy No: 4.28 (LPP 4.28) – Container Deposit Scheme Infrastructure which has been prepared for the purpose of providing a planning framework for Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) infrastructure within the City and allowing an exemption to obtain development approval for certain CDS infrastructure proposals which satisfy minimum development standards.
