JDAP - Proposed Large Format Retail Development  – 101 Butler Boulevard, 161 Butler Boulevard & 220 Cambourne Parkway - DA2019/1491

Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application until 5 February 2020. 

The application proposes seven separate buildings and intends to accommodate a variety of uses such as bulky goods showrooms, a gym, retail tenancies, a car wash and service station (Automasters).

Following the conclusion of the consultation period the application will then proceed to be determined by the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
